Is there stock available for purchase in-store?

All our products are freshly made to order, so there is no stock available. The store is only for order pickups.

What are the shipping methods available?

We offer:

  • SF Express frozen delivery to your door
  • SF Express store pickup
  • GYMMATE store pickup

What time does SF Express deliver?

The delivery time depends on the route of the SF Express driver. We can note your preferred delivery time, but it will depend on actual traffic conditions.

If you are not at home or it's not convenient to receive the delivery, you can ask the driver to reschedule for another time or day.

The products will be kept in the freezer, so there is no need to worry about the food going bad.

Does food/meal boxes be delivered all at once?

Yes. The order will be delivered all at once by SF Express frozen delivery. An additional charge of $60 will apply for each extra delivery.

Why does my food look like it is undercooked?

Because meat becomes transparent after being frozen, and beef retains its red color due to being slow-cooked, both the meat and the juices will appear red. Just thaw and heat it up.

How long can the food be stored?

Refrigerator (-5°C) can store for 5 days.
Freezer (-18°C) can store for 60 days
